Özet
Bu çalışma Trakya yöresindeki sütçü ineklerde bulaşıcı ve çevresel bakteriyel etkenlerle oluşan mastitisin prevalansım saptamak ve izole edilen etkenlerin çeşitli antibiyotiklere karşı duyarlılıklarını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Kaliforniya Mastitis Test sonuçlarına göre mastitis pozitif 77 süt örneğinden 105 etken:izole edilmiştir. Bunların %21.9'u bulaşıcı (%8.6 S. agalactiae, %13.3 5. aureus}, %78.1'i ise çevresel etkenlerdir. Çevresel etkenler olarak %9.5 S. uberis, %7.6 5. dysgalactiae, %14.4 diğer Streptokok türleri, %21 Stafilokok türleri, %2.9 A. pyogenes, %4.8 P. aeruginosa, %1 A. hydrophila ve %17.1 Enterobacteriaceae izole edilmiştir. Bulaşıcı etkenlerden olan ve izole edilen tüm etkenler içinde predominant sus olarak saptanan S. aureus'un tüm suşlarının penicillin'e, çevresel etkenlerden predominant sus olan S. uberis'm tüm suşlarının streptomisine dirençli olduğu saptanmıştır.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the prevalence of contagious and environmental mastitis in dairy herds and identify the contagious pathogens and environmental pathogens, and also to determine the susceptibility of isolates to the antibiotics. Seventy seven milk samples were found to be positive by using California Mastitis Tests. Among these, one hundered and five bacterial agents were isolated. From these isolates, 21.9% were contagious pathogens (8.6% S. agalactiae, 13.3% S. aureus) and 78.1% were environmental pathogens. The isolated environmental pathogens were S. uberis (9.5%), S. dysgalactiae (7.6%), Streptococcus spp. (4.4%), Staphylococcus spp. (21%), A. pyogenes (2.9%), enterobacteriaceae (17.1%), P. aeruginosa (4.8%) and A. hydrophila (1%). It was found that S. aureus, which was isolated as predominate strain from contagious pathogens, demonstrated resistance to penicillin and S. uberis, which was isolated as predominate strain from environmental pathogens.
