Özet
Laboratuar çalışmalarında en çok kullanılan ve en eski metotlardan biri de protein miktarı ölçüm metodudur. Lowry ve ark.'nın yapmış olduğu bu metot, Biüret metoduna dayanmaktadır. Bu metot laboratuardaki ekipman ve aletlere modifıye edebilir. Çalışmada Lowry ve ark.larının metodu ELISA mini okuyucuyla çalışılacak düzeye uyarlanmıştır.
Abstract
The Lowry Protein determination is one of the oldest method in the laboratory. This method which is produced from Lowry et. al. depends on Biiiret method. This method can modify to equipments and tools in laboratory. In this study method of Lowry et all is modified to ELISA mini reader.
