Dağlıç ve Ramlıç x Dağlıç melezlemesi ile elde edilen Fj genotipine ait yapağıların fiziksel özellikleri esas alınarak, yapağıların halı sanayinde kullanılabilme olanaklarını ortaya koyabilmek amacıyla yapılmış olan bu araştırmada, Dağlıç ve Ramlıç x Dağlıç $F_1$ toklular için ortalama lüle uzunluğu 18.51 cm ve 9.86 cm, elyaf çapı 31.49 mikron ve 28.78 mikron, medullasyon %2.64 ve %1.89, mutlak mukavemet 16.32 g ve 11.24 g ve elastikiyet %33.93 ve %32.81 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Abstract
In this study which was carried out in order to investigate the using possibilities for the fleece of Dağlıç and Ramlıç x Dağlıç $F_1$ genotypes in carpet industry, for Dağlıç and Ramlıç x Dağlıç $F_1$ yearling ewes, average staple lengths were 18.51 cm and 9.86 cm, fiber diameters were 31.49 micron and 28.78 micron, the percentage of medullated fibers were 2.64% and 1.89%, breaking strengths were 16.32 g and 11.24 g and fiber elasticity values were 33.93% and 32.81% respectively. Except fiber elasticity the differences among the genotypes for all other investigated fleece characteristics were determined to be statistically significant (P
