Pankardit' e bağlı kardiak rüptür sonucu gelişen ani ölüm ( Olgu sunumu )

Özet

Fenalaşarak aniden öldüğü bildirilen 43 yaşında bir erkek olguda yapılan otopside; kalpte rüptür ve buna bağlı olarak perikart tamponadı geliştiği belirlenmiş olup histopatolojik tetkikte kalpte pankardit, biokimyasal tetkikte ise, mesane çalkantı suyunda 378 ng/ml benzodiazepin türevi bir madde saptanmıştır. Beklenmedik ve ansızın ölüme yol açması nedeniyle, adli tıp açısından önem taşıyan ve rupture yol açacak bir dış etkenin varlığının tesbit edilmediği perikart tamponadı olgumuzda, diğer nedenler ile bu tür olgulara yaklaşım tartışılmıştır.

Abstract

Sudden death caused by cardiac rupture as a result of pancarditis. In the autopsy carried out on a male case of 43 years of age who was reported to have died in a Turkish bath following a period of unconciousness, the following results were found: There was pericardial tamponade as a result of a rupture in the heart. Pancarditis was observed histopatologically. As a result of the biochemical assay of the bladder irrigation fluid, 378 ng/ml of a derivative substance of benzodiazepin was seen. In this pericardial tamponade case of ours which is significant in forensic medicine because of its potential effect of causing unexpected and sudden death, the reasons for pancarditis and the management of these cases were discussed.
