Özet
ÖZET 1993-95 yıllarını kapsayan dönemde yatarak tedavi gören 229 acil jinekolojik hastanın 193'ünde (% 84.3) cerrahi girişim yapılmıştır. Bunların 47'si (% 24.4) laparoskopik olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir (11 diagnostik ve 26 operatif laparoskopi). Yıllara dağılıma bakıldığında ise gerek diagnostik ve gerekse operatif uygulamanın anlamlı bir oranda gittikçe arttığı görülmektedir.
Abstract
SUMMARY Laparoscopy in the Practice of Gynecological Emergencies. During the period of 1993-1995, 229 cases of acut gynecologic emergencies have been hospitalized and 193 (84.3 %) of them operated, 47 (24.4 %) of them were carried out by laparoscopy ( 11 diagnostic anil 26 operative laparoscopies). It has been found out that the incidence of laparoscophic operations, both diagnostic and operative have been increasing significantly during this this period of time.
