Özet

ÖZET Büyük arter transpozisyonunda yapılan intraatrial baffle ameliyatının sonraki takiplerinde rastlanılan dostroksiyon aritmi sağ ventrikül yetersizliği gibi komplikasyonlarından dolayı transpozisyonlarda anatomik düzeltme (arteryel switch) ameliyatları yaygınlaşmaktadır. Kliniğimizde opere ettiğimiz 2 vakayı sunuyoruz.

Abstract

UMMARY Arterial Switch Operation at Transposition of the Great Arteries. Because of the late complications like obstruction, arrthytmia and right ventricular failure after the intraatrial baffle operation, the anatomical correction (arterial switch) is preferred for transposition of the great arteries currently. We presented two cases which were operated in our clinic.
