Özet
Profesyonel ve amatör futbolcuların hematolojik ve solunum parametrelerini karşılaştırmayı amaçladık. Çalışmamızda 2000 yılı sonuna kadar İ.Ü. İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi Spor Hekimliği ABD'na Tam Kondüsyon Testi için başvuran 16-38 yaş arası 265 profesyonel ve 81 amatör erkek futbolcunun hematolojik ve solunum parametreleri değerlendirilmiştir. Hematolojik parametreler Anabilim Dalımız Hematoloji laboratuvarında parmak ucundan kan alınarak belirlenmiştir. Solunum Fonksiyon Testleri ise SensorMedics 2400 cihazı ile yapılmıştır. Hematolojik açıdan amatör futbolcularda, eritrosit sayısının profesyonellere göre anlamlı olarak yüksek olduğu, lökosit sayısındaki artışın ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olmadığı saptandı. Solunum fonksiyon testleri açısından; profesyonel futbolcularda FVC, PEF, FIVC, PIF, 1C, değerlerinde, amatör futbolcularda ise FEV1/VC, FEF% 75-85 değerlerinde anlamlı artışlar saptandı.
Abstract
A comparison of haematological and respiratory parameters between professional and amateur football players. The study aimed to compare the haematological and respiratory parameters of professional and amateur football players. Haematological parameters were determined by taking blood from the finger ends in the haematology laboratory of our department. Respiratory function tests were conducted via SensorMedics 2400 device. Amateur football players were haematologically found to have significantly higher erythrocyte values compared with professionals, and the increase in leukocyte value of amateurs was determined not to be statistically significant. As per respiratory function tests, FVC, PEF, FIVC, PIF, 1C values in professional football players, and FEV1/VC, FEF% 75-85 values in amateur football players showed significant increases.
