Özet

Pektus ekskavatumun klasik ameliyatı olan “Ravitch” (açıksternoplasti) yöntemine alternatif olarak geliştirilen mini- mal invaziv bir operasyon prosedürü geliştirilmiştir. “Nuss”tekniği ile pektus ekskavatum osteotomilere ve kıkırdak re- zeksiyona ihtiyaç duyulmadan onarılabilmektedir. Bu yazı- da, iki olgu eşliğinde Nuss prosedürü sunuldu.

Abstract

Minimally invasive pectus excavatum repair techniquewas developed as an alternative to the standard “Ravitch”(open sternoplasty) technique. With “Nuss” procedure, thepectus excavatum can be repaired without osteotomies orcartilage resections. In this article, we present the Nussprocedure with two cases.
