Abstract

In this article, relation between legal work and sevverance pay was taken into consideration. In the mentioned examination, decision of Civil Department No. 15 of the Supreme Court (Docket No. 2014/22862, Decision No. 2015/34263, Date. 03.02.2015) was taken as basis.
