Özet

Testise metastaz oldukça nadirdir. 79 yaşında erkek hasta obstrüktif semptomlar ile üroloji kliniğine başvurdu. Yüksek prostat spesifik antijen (PSA) düzeyleri mevcut olan hasta prostat biopsisinde adenokarsinom tansı aldı. Terapotik amaçlı yapılan bilateral orşiektomide insidental olarak adenokarsinom morfolojisindeki tümör saptandı. Tümör hücreleri PSA ile pozitif boyanma gösterdi. Testisin bu nadir antitesini klinik ve patolojik bulguları ile sunmayı amaçladık.

Abstract

Metastasis to the testis is rare. A 79-year-old man presented with obstructive symptoms to the urology clinic. With elevated prostate specific antigen (PSA) levels biopsy from the prostate was diagnosed as adenocarcinoma. Bilateral orchiectomy was performed for therapeutic purposes and a tumor with an adenocarcinoma morphology was detected. The tumor cells were positive with PSA. We wish to discuss the rare entity of the testis with clinical and pathologic findings.
