Kısmi Çekum Rezeksiyonu ile Tedavi Edilen Apendiks Mukoseli

Özet

Apendiks mukoseli apendiksin mukus ile dolarak kistik bir yapı oluş- turması olarak tarif edilir. Mukosel, mukozal hiperplazi, müsinöz kistadenom veya müsinöz kistadenokarsinom sonucunda oluşabilir. Genellikle asemptomatik seyrederler ancak en sık görülen semptom sağ alt kadran ağrısıdır. Preoperatif tanı Ultrasonografi (USG) ve bilgisayarlı tomografi (BT) ile konulabilir. Tedavisi cerrahidir ve benign nedenlerde apendektomi yeterliyken malign nedenlerde sağ hemikolektomi önerilmektedir. Bazı vakalarda kısmi çekum rezeksiyonu apendektomi yapılabilmektedir. Biz de bu olgu sunumuzda kısmi çekum rezeksiyonu ile tedavi ettiğimiz apendiks mukoseli olgusunu sunduk.

Abstract

The appendix mucocele is described as creating a cystic structure filled with mucus. Mucosal, mucosal hyperplasia, mucinous cystadenoma, mucinous or may occur in cystadenocarcinomas. The appendix mu- cocele usually asymptomatic, but the most common symptom is pain in the right lower quadrant. Preoperative diagnostic ultrasonography and computed tomography can be performed. Mucocele treatment involves surgery and appendectomy benign with malignant reason why it is recommended adequate by hemicolectomy. Appendectomy can be performed with partial resection of the cecum in some cases. We call treated with partial resection of the cecum, appendix.
