Özet

Amaç: Kısa süreli cerrahilerde çoğunlukla spinal anestezi tercih edilmektedir;işlemin yan etkileri teknik ile değişiklik gösterebilmektedir.Bu çalışmada median ve paramedian spinal anestezi tekniklerinin erkenve geç komplikasyonlarını karşılaştırmayı amaçladık.Yöntemler: Spinal anestezi altında kısa süreli genel cerrahi uygulananAmerican Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I-II-III grubuna dahil 80hasta Grup M (Median) ve Grup P (Paramedian) olmak üzere iki grubaayrıldı. Hastaların demografik verileri, ASA skoru, spinal anestezi uygulamasayısı, toplam cerrahi süre, hastaneden taburcu olma süreleri,kalp atım hızı, ortalama arterial basınç ve oluşan erken komplikasyonlarhasta dosyalarından kaydedildi. Abstract

Introduction: Spinal anesthesia is usually preferred for short-time surgery;the side effects of the process can show difference with techniques.We aimed to compare early and late complications of median andparamedian techniques in spinal anesthesia.Methods: Eighty patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) I–III were allocated into the following two groups: Group M (median)and Group P (paramedian). Demographic data of the patients,ASA score, number of spinal anesthesia application, total surgery time,discharge time from the hospital, heart rate, mean arterial blood pressure,and early complications were recorded from the medical recordsof patients. Late complications of patients were learned by calling.Results: The number of applying spinal anesthesia number and theduration of anesthesia were longer in Group P than in Group M, and thedifference was statistically significant (p
