Özet

Nass-mana ilişkisi hanefî usûlcülerinin delalet teorilerinden nassın delaleti, kelamcı-şafiî usûlcülerin ise mantuk-mefhum kavramları altında tartıştıkları bir konudur. Bu bağlamdanassın genişleme imkânı usûl ilminde ele alınması sebebiyle meselenin ahkam boyutu ile sınırlı kalmıştır. Konuya tefsir zaviyesinden bakıldığında, hem mantukmefhum ikilisinin ahbar boyutu, hem de bu teorinin bir tefsir usûl konusu olma imkânı gündeme gelmektedir. Bu çalışma dil, örf ve bağlam araçları ile genişleyen mana (mefhumü'l-muvafaka) ile nass arasındaki ilişki ve genişleyen mananın hücciyetini gündeme taşıyarak, mana da kesinlik ilkesinden hareketle tefsir-tevil ayırımını ele almakta ve mefhumü'l-muvafakanın tefsir-tevil kavramlarından hangisine ait bir delalet türü olduğunu tespit etmeye çalışmaktadır

Abstract

The relation between text and meaning is discussed by Hanafi scholars in the category of the indication of text, of all their indication theories. However Shafii-Mutakallimun scholars discuss it in the category of utterance-notion. Thus, the possibility of the expansion of the meaning of text is limited to legal provision, because of being handled in the science of methodology (usul). From the perspective of tafsir, both, the report dimension of utterance-notion twain and possibility of this theory to be a subject of science of tafsir deserves attention. This study tries to determine the category of relation between meaning and text which expand via the language, custom and context; depending on the principle of certainty and bringing up the evidentiary of the expanding meaning, tries to decide whether this expanding meaning resides in category of tafsir or gloss
