Abstract
Gökalp's societal solutions have been shaped in three main concepts, namely, "custom, cultur and idealism". According to Gokalp, who considers science and religion as an inseparable whole, religion and conscience complete the life of conscience left empty in human beings. Before Islam, he stated that the religion of the Turks was toonism and that the religion of the ancient Turks did not show any fixed characteristics and that the religion changed with the change of the social structure. In the sense of functional religion, Gökalp's proposal is to create a "modern Islamic Turkic". "Religious Turkism", in the most general sense, means that "religious books, sermons and sermons" are in Turkish. In order to understand religious life, he proposes " Sociology of Fıqh, ", which will be formed by the combination of social science and fiqh, as a theoretical and methodological basis. Within the social structure, religion, the state, education, law and art, other social processes should be independent in their own field.
