Abstract

In this study, actual situation of Islam which has been in the statue of object of anthropology in contemporary literature is examined. While anthropology deals with human communities that have no historical activity and efficiency, sociology concerns about genuine problems of societies that have had historical interest and intent and experience. Being in the first place Islam, all of Muslim concepts are ambiguous and have no lasting meaning. Those who claim that they are sufferers are also responsible for this case as much as colonialists. Because imperialists are not unhappy and have no will to change a fate, the Muslims need to change themselves. The most important contemporary feature that must be changed in Muslims is thee habit of thinking with only concepts and approaching to life with it. To get rid of this habit, there is a need for philosophical processes in which all words and concepts are first destroyed and then redetermined. At the same time, this means the determination of knowledge and existence and the transition to sociology society. Since Francis Bacon’s Novum Organum and Thomas Hobbes’ Leviathan were written with this historical framework and social consciousness, both of them are sample texts in terms of functionality and inspirational and guiding texts for Muslims.
