Özet

Eğitim sisteminin en kritik ögelerinden birisi de okul yöneticileridir Yöneticilerin rotasyon uygulaması ile zorunlu yer değiştirmeye tabi tutulmaları eğitim sisteminin temeli olan okullarda olumlu ve olumsuz anlamda büyük değişimlere ve dönüşümlere yol açmaktadır Bu nedenle bu araştırmada yönetici rotasyonuna ilişkin olumlu ve olumsuz algıların belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır Araştırmanın sonuçları yönetici rotasyonun olumlu ve olumsuz yönlerini ortaya çıkarabileceği ve yönetici yer değiştirme uygulamasına ışık tutabileceği için önemli görülmektedir Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemine göre desenlenmiştir Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 6 Öğretmen 6 Okul Müdürü ve 10 İl Eğitim Denetmeni olmak üzere 22 kişi oluşturmaktadır Veri toplama yöntemi olarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır Araştırmada ldquo;içerik analizi rdquo; yapılmıştır Araştırma sürecinde görülmüştür ki okul yöneticilerinin rotasyonuna ilişkin olumlu ve olumsuz algılar bulunmaktadır nbsp; Anahtar Sözcükler: Okul Yöneticisi Rotasyon Zorunlu Yer Değiştirme nbsp; nbsp;Yönetici Atama Yönetici Transferi

Abstract
