Özet
Tek doz kasiçi seftriakson uygulamasından sonra gluteus bölgesinde deri nekrozu gelişen 25 yaşında kadın hasta sunulmuştur. Nekrotik alanın histopatolojik incelemesinde yabancı cisim reaksiyonuna bağlı granülasyon dokusu saptanmıştır.
Abstract
A 25-year-old female case of cutaneal necrosis in the gluteal region due to single dose intramuscular ceftriaxone is presented. Histopathologic examination of the necrotic area revealed granulation tissue due to foreign body reaction.
