Özet

Dicle Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Göz Hastalıkları Anabilim Dalı'na başvuran 100 olgunun serum ve gözyaşı örneklerinde Chlamvdia trachomatis - IgA enzim-immun-assay ile araştırıldı. Olguların 6O'ı trahom öntanılı olup 40'ının (kontrol grup) herhangi bir infektif göz yakınması yoktu. Trahom öntanılı 60 olgunun 12'sinin (% 20) gözyaşı ve serumunda, dört olgunun (% 6.7) sadece serumlarında IgA saptandı. Kontrol grubunda ise, 40 olgunun altısında (% 15) gözyaşı ve serumunda, dördünün (% 10) sadece serumda IgA saptandı.

Abstract

Chlamvda trachomatis-la A was investigated with enzyme-immunoassay in the serum and teardrop specimens of 100 cases referring to the Department of Ophthalmology, Faculty of Medicine, Dicle University. Sixty of the cases had the pre-diagnosis of trachoma whereas the rest 40 cases (control group) had no infective complaints. In the test group; IgA was detected in the serum and teardrop specimens of 12 (20 %) and only in the sera of four (6.7 %) cases. In the control group, IgA was found in the serum and teardrofp specimens of four (15 %) and only in the sera of four (10 %).
