Çocukluk yaşlarındaki olguların serumlarında rubella IgG ve IgM antikorlarının ELİSA ile araştırılması

Özet
Sıfır-onaltı yaş diliminden 82 kız ve 93 erkek olmak üzere 175 çocuğun serumunda ELİSA ile Rubella IgG ve IgM antikorları aranmıştır. Kızlarda % 86.6 ve erkeklerde % 84.9 olmak üzere, 175 olgunun 150'sinde (% 85.7) Rubella IgG ve bir olguda (% 0.57) Rubella IgM pozitifliği saptanmıştır. Yaşla birlikte seropozitivitenin yüksekliği ve bir olguda Rubella IgM'nin IgG ile birlikte pozitif olduğu gözlenmiştir. Rubella IgG ve IgM negatif 25 olgu, kızamıkçık risk grubunu oluşturmuştur.
Abstract
The presence of Rubella IgG and IgM antibodies was investigated with ELISA in the sera of 82 girls and 93 boys, totally 175 children. Rubella IgG was positive in 86.6 % of girls, 84.9 % of boys and 85.7 % totally. Rubella IgM was positive in one subject (0.57 %). It was observed that seropositivity increased with age and in one subject both Rubella IgM and IgG were present. Twenty-five subjects who were Rubella IgG and IgM negative made up the risk group for Rubella.
