Veri analizi "SPSS 6.0 for Windows" paket programı ile yapıldı. 1920 örnekte HBsAg olumluluğu % 3.1 olarak bulundu. HBsAg olumluluğu ile eğitim düzeyi, kan transfüzyonu, transplantasyon, parenteral girişim, cinsel eşte sarılık öyküsü, kondom kullanımı, doğum, düşük, küretaj öyküsü ve askerlik yapmış olma arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmadı. En yüksek HBsAg seroprevalansı, erkek otel çalışanlarında saptandı.
Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate HBsAg prevalence and its relationship with risk factors in pregnant women, health care workers, tradesmen and hotel staff in the city of Muğla and its towns Marmaris, Bodrum and Fethiye. 579 pregnant women, 172 health care workers, 539 tradesmen and 616 hotel staff, total number of 1920 people were included in the study. Questionnaires were filled out and serum samples were obtained. Samples were tested by reverse passive hemagglutination test (RPHA). Reactive and indeterminant results were retested by EIA. Statistical analysis was evaluated with "SPSS 6.0 for Windows". Of the 1920 samples, 3.1% were reactive for HBsAg. No relationship was determined between HBsAg reactivity and educational status, blood transfussion, transplantation, percutaneous exposures, hepatitis in the sexual partner, condom usage, number of births she has given, curettage, number of abortus and history of military service. The highest HBsAg pozitivity rate was found in male hotel staff.
