Özet
Abdomino-pelvik aktinomikoz saptanan 42 yaşındaki kadın hasta sunulmuştur. Ultrasonografik incelemede sağ overinde malign izlenimi veren kitle saptanan hasta ameliyata alınmış; omentum, kolon serozası ve sağ overinde makroskobik çok sayıda nodüller görülmüştür. Histerektomi, salpingo-ooferektomi ve hemikolektomi yapılan hastanın nodüler lezyonlarının histo-patolojik incelemesinde sülfür granüllerinin saptanması ile aktinomikoz tanısı konulmuştur. Hasta altı hafta antibiyotik tedavi görmüş ve dokuz aylık izlemde sağlıklı bulunmuştur.
Abstract
In this paper, a 42-year-old female case of abdomino-pelvic actinomycosis is presented. In the ultrasonographic examination of the patient a right ovarian mass giving the impression of malignancy was detected. In the following gynecological operation several macroscopic orange-colored nodules were observed in the omentum, colonic serosa and right ovarium. The patient underwent hysterhectomy, salpingo-oopherectomy and hemicolectomy, The histopathological examination of the nodules in the operational material revealed many sulphur granules, thus leading to the diagnosis of actinomycosis. The patient underwent antibiotic therapy for six weeks. In nine-month follow-up she was found to be healthy.
