Özet
Çalışmada sıçan dişetinde deneysel olarak oluşturulan kronik yangısal reaksiyondaki hücreler üzerine fusidik asidin etkisinin araştırılması amaçlandı. Çalışmaya alınan 24 sıçanın beşi sağlıklı kontrol grubu olarak ayrılıp 19 tanesinde kronik yangısal reaksiyon oluşturuldu. Dokuz sıçan topikal % 2'tik fusidik asitle sağaltılırken, 10 tanesi sağaltımsız kontrol grubu olarak bırakıldı. Kronik yangı oluşturulduktan sonra topikal sağaltım uygulanan grupta, sağaltımsız bırakılan gruba göre kronik yangısal reaksiyonun tümüyle gerilediği gözlendi.
Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of fusidic acid on cells in chronic inflammatory reaction formed experimentally in rat gingiva. Five out of 24 rats which are included in the study were selected as healthy control group. Chronic inflammatory reaction was formed in the rest of the 19 rats. While 9 rats were treated with topical 2% fusidic acid, the rest 10 rats weren't treated as control group. After the chronic inflammation was formed, it was observed that chronic inflammatory reaction totally disappeared in the topical treatment applied group compaired to the untreated group.
