Özet

İlaç kullanım öyküsü olmadan, bir üst solunum yolu infeksiyonunu takiben gelişen ve literatürde tartışmalı olan steroid tedavisi ile iyileşen toksik epidermal nekrolizli olan 40 yaşındaki erkek olgu sunulmuştur.

Abstract

A 40-year-old male patient with toxic epidermal necrolysis that occured after an upper respiratory tract infection is presented. There was no history of medication usage, and the patient responded well to steroid therapy, which is contraversiai in the literature.
