Abstract
The Theatre of Daily Life presents us the experience of a staged reality. The silent members of a plain existence, all of a sudden, become the role fi gures of a play with an indefi nite audience. Their identities are to be solved within a role in this stage life where they stage themselves. And in this point, in the age of historical avangardes where the theatre of the daily had begun, the concept of alienation, which had been defi ned negatively, receives a positive meaning. In such a world perception, the art loses its destructive energy and becomes nonfunctional. The fictional, which connects its existence to a truth notion, within a space where the sense of truth itself is lost, either turns into the fi ctional of the fictional, or into a claim of reality for being able to give meaning to itself.
