Özet

Türkiye’nin dünya genelinde en dikkat çeken sektörlerinden birisi reklamcılıksektörüdür. Reklamcılık sektörü gerek yurtdışı yarışmalarda kazandığı ödüllerle gerekseihraç ettiği reklam çalışmalarıyla dikkat çekici başarılar elde etmiştir. Güncel bir o kadarda yoğun olan reklamcılık sektöründe çalışan yapısının çok genç ve iyi bir entelektüelaltyapıya sahip olması zorunlu görünmektedir. Yaratıcı kültür ekonomisi içerisindeönemli bir hacme sahip olan bu sektörün insan kaynakları ihtiyacı geçmişte genel olarakfarklı disiplinlerden mezunlarla karşılanmıştır. Günümüzde özellikle reklamcılık lisansprogramlarının açılmasıyla gerek sektörün ihtiyacına yönelik gerekse entelektüel eğitimvermeye yönelik olarak uzmanlaşma çabası dikkat çekmektedir.Bu çalışma içerisinde reklamcılık eğitimi veren lisans programlarının eğitimmüfredatları analiz edilecektir. Üniversiteler tarafından “reklamcı” ünvanıyla mezun edilenöğrencilerin eğitim geçmişlerinde teorik ve uygulamalı derslerin ne kadar yer aldığı, reklamsektörünün ihtiyacı gibi görülen dil, yabancı dil, psikoloji ve diğer entelektüel alanlarda nasılbir eğitim sürecinden geçtikleri mercek altına alınacaktır. Çalışmanın amacı reklamcılıkeğitimine dair bir perspektif oluşturmak ve reklamcılık eğitiminin sorgulanmasının yolunuaçmaktır.

Abstract

One of the most conspicuous sectors of Turkey in the world is the advertising sector.. The advertising sector has achieved a significant success in both the international competitions and the awards it won in the advertising activities it exports. It seems that the structure of the advertising sector, which is so dense, should have a very young and good intellectual infrastructure. The human resources needs of this sector, which has an important volume within the creative culture economy, are met with graduates from different disciplines in the past. Today, especially with the introduction of advertising undergraduate programs, studies aimed at specialization in the needs of the sector and intellectual education are attracting attention. In this study, education curriculums of undergraduate programs that provide advertising education will be examined. Students who graduate with the title of “advertiser “ by universities will be considered to be brought into foreign language, psychology and other intellectual fields, which are seen as the needs of the Advertising industry in the language from an educational process how to take place in the educational background of theoretical and practical courses. The aim of this study is to create a perspective on advertising education and to open the way for questioning advertising education.
