Özet

Bu çalışma alkolun, lipid profili uzerine etkilerini arastirmak amaciyla, hayatmda hig alkol almayan 41 erkek He, en az ug yildan beri degisik derecelerde alkol igen 61 saghkh erkekten oluşan toplam 102 kisi ilzerinde gergeklestirildi. Her iki grupta serum trigliserit (TG), total kolesterol (TK), dilsiik dansiteli lipoprotein kolesterol (LDL-K), yuksek dansiteli lipoprotein kolesterol (HDL-K), HDL-K alt gruplan ve lipoprotein (a) (Lp (a)) olguldu. Alkolgrubu hafif orta ve agir igici olmak uzere üç gruba aynldi. Alkol grubunda TG, TK ve HDL2-kolesterol (HDL2-K) seviyelerinin kontrollere gore onemli derecede yuksek oldugu tesbit edildi. Abstract

This study was carried out on totally 102 subjects consisted of 41 healthy non-drinkers and 61-alcohol consumers in order to determine the effects of alcohol on lipid parameters. Alcohol gro¬up was divided into the three groups as low, moderate and heavy drinkers according to the amo¬unt of alcohol they consumed.
