In this study, alterations in serum Cu, Zn, ceruloplasmin and lipid fractions and malondial-dehyde (MDA) levels, which is an important indication of membran lipid peroxidation, of 34 pa¬tients with Type II diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and 20 healthy subjects were investigated.
