Özet
Klasik temel haklarla korunan değerleri belki de aştığı için, internet özgürlüğünü kendine özgü, yeni bir temel hak olarak düşünmek ve Anayasada düzenlemek gerekir. İnternet özgür- lüğünde, internet vasıtasıyla telekomünikasyon özgürlüğü söz konusudur. Bu özgürlük, verile- ri, enformasyonları ve düşünceleri yayarak iletmeği ve almayı kapsar.
Abstract
Free expression on the internet should be considered as a specific fundamental right and organized accordingly in the constitution since it is beyond the classical fundamental rights. Freedom of expression on the internet means freedom of telecommunications through the medium of the internet. This freedom inheres in it the communication and reception of data, information and ideas.
