Bu makale Kıbrıs meselesinde 1970'lerden günümüze kadar yapılan hemen hemen tüm pazarlıklarda gündeme gelen toprak düzenlemeleri ve bu düzenlemelerden etkilenecek olan kişilerin durumunu ele alarak, 40 yıldır ayrı yaşayan iki toplumun birarada yaşaması amacıyla insanların zorunlu olarak yerlerinden edilerek, göçe zorlanmasının gerçekçi bir çözüm olmayacağını ve bu yönde bir adımın birçok sorunu beraberinde getireceğini tespit etmektedir
Abstract
This article examines the land settlements and the affected people, which have been parts of negotiations in the Cyprus issue since the 1970s, and argues that a step toward forced removal of population and forced migration to create a mixed community of two groups that have been living separately for 40 years is not realistic and can only cause further problems
