Özet

Türklerin tarih sahnesinde yer aldıkları ilk zamanlardanitibaren en çok ön plana çıkan değerlerinden birisi ordu millet kavramı olmuştur. Ordu-millet kavramının ise enbüyük destekleyici unsurları arasında ise başta şenliklerve gösteriler gibi kimi eğlence faaliyetlerinde dekullanılagelen sportif aktiviteler yer almıştır. Her nekadar Avrupa ile iç içe geçmiş takibatın ve moderndünyanın bir getirisi olsa da atıcılık mantığı zeminindenolarak tüfeklerle icra edilen nişancılık da bu idmaneylemlerinin arasında kendisine yer bulmuştur.Neredeyse bir sanat/zanaat olarak düşünülebileceknişancılığın sportif faaliyetler kapsamına girdiğini veeğlence dünyasında da var olduğunu gösteren en önemliemarelerden biri de Ceyb-i Hümâyun defterleridir.Çalışma tarih vitrinine süs katan sosyo-kültürel konulariçin bu defterler üzerinden nişancılık sergileyenkimselerin bu faaliyeti niçin yaptığı yani hangi türşenliklerde yer aldığını, nişancılığın ekonomisini venişancılıkla hemhal olanların kimler olduklarıyla başkabir deyişle isimleri, nereli oldukları, kimlikleri, lakaplarıve vazifeleri ile bir bütün olarak hangi şartlar altında gözönünde bulunduklarını göstermek gayesini gütmüştür.

Abstract

One of the most prominent values of the Turks sincethe first times they took their place on the stage ofhistory has been the concept of army-nation.Among the biggest supporting elements of thearmy-nation concept, there were sportive activities,which are also used in some entertainment activitiessuch as festivals and shows. Although it is a resultof the pursuit intertwined with Europe and themodern world, snipers performed with rifles on thebasis of the logic of shooting has also found a placeamong these training activities. Ceyb-i Hümayunregisters are one of the most important indicationsthat shooters, which can be considered almost as anart/craft, is included in the scope of sports activitiesand also exists in the entertainment world. it soughtto show the conditions under which they wereconsidered as a whole for socio-cultural issues thatadd ornament to the work of history showcase, whythe people who show marksmanship through theseregisters do this activity, that is, what kind offestivals they take part in, the economy ofmarksmanship and who are involved inmarksmanship, in other words, their names, wherethey are from, their identities, nicknames andduties.
