Introduction: The purpose of this study was to determine the prognostic value of the pre-treatment neutrophil-lympho- cyte ratio (NLR), platelet-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), and monocyte-lymphocyte ratio (MLR) in the diagnosis of Guillain–Barré syndrome (GBS).
