Özet
Eozinofilik kolesistitis, kolesistitin nadir bir formudur. Klinik ve laboratuvar özellikleri spesifik değildir. Etiyolojisi tam olarak bilinmemektedir. Biz de, sağ üst kadran ağrısı ve kusma şikayetiyle hastanemize başvuran 56 yaşındaki kadın hastada, saptadığımız eozinofilik kolesistit olgusunu sunduk. Eozinofilik kolesistit nadir bir antite olması nedeniyle klinik ve histopatolojik özellikleriyle tartışıldı.
Abstract
Eosinophilic cholecytitis is a rare form cholecystitis. There are no suggestive clinical and/or laboratory features. The exact etiology is unknown. We report a case of eosinophilic cholecytitis in a 56-year-old woman, who came to our hospital complaining of a right upper quadrant abdominal pain and vomiting. As a rare entity, eosinophilic cholecytitis has been discussed regarding its clinical and pathological features.
