Özet
993-2002 yılları arasında Çocuk Nefroloji Polikliniği'mizde izlenen 260 hastanın 77'si (%29.6) nefrotik send-rom tanısı almıştı. Böbrek biyopsisi yapılan 29 (%37.7) hasta değerlendirilmeye alındı. On yedisi (%58.6) erkek, 12'si (%41.4) kız olan hastaların yaş ortalaması 7.9+4.3 yıldı.
Abstract
Between 1993 and 2002, 260 patients have been observed at our Pediatric Nephrology Outpatient Clinic and 77 (29.6%) of them were diagnosed to have nephrotic syndrome. Twenty-nine (37.7%) patients with renal biopsy were evaluated. Among those, 17 (58.6%) were male, 12 (41.4%) were female, and the average age of the patients was 7.9+4.3 years. The pre-biopsy physical examination findings, blood, urine tests and biopsy indications were reviewed. According to pathological examination, the diagnoses were as follows: 2 (6.9%) normal, 10 (34,5%) nephrotic syndrome with minimal lesion, 7 (24,1 %) membranous nephropathy, (20.7%) membranop-roliferative glomerulonephritis, 3 (10.3%) focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, and 1 (3.5%) IgA nephropathy.
