Özet

Peptik ülser perforasyonu ciddi komplikasyonlara yol açan cerrahi bir problemdir. Aralık 2003- Nisan 2008 tarihleri arasında peptik ülser perforasyonu nedeniyle acil serviste laparotomi yapılan 68 hasta retrospektif olarak incelendi. intraoperatif saptanan perforasyon çapına göre Grup I ( 3 cm) dev olarak 3’e ayrıldı. Grup I‘de 51(%75), Grup II’de 15 (%22.05), Grup III’de 2 (% 2.94) hasta vardı. Grup I hastaların tümüne, Grup II 14 (% 93.33)’üne sadece Graham omentoplasti yama yapıldı.

Abstract

Peptic ulcer perforation is a surgical problem that occurs serious complications. 68 patients operated because of peptic ulcer perforation between December 2003 - April 2008 analized retrospectively. By the type of the perforation that examined intraoperatively divided in to three groups; Group I(3cm) giant. There were 51 (75%) patients in group I, 15 (22,05%) patients in group II, 2 (2,94%) patients in group III. Graham omentoplasty patching performed purely to all patients in group I and 14 patients(93,33%) in group II. Omental packing fulfilled to 2 patients in group III. The most common postoperative morbidity was respiratuar complications with a rate of 14,7%. There was a significant difference about mortality at group II and group III when compared with group I (p
