Özet
Jinekolojik operasyonlar sonrasında ortaya cıkan postoperatif emezisin (POE) onlenmesinde droperidol, metoklopramid, tropisetron ve ondansetronun etkisi kontrol grubuna gore karşılaştırmalı olarak araştırıldı.ASA I – II statusta toplam 100 olgu rastgele 5 gruba ayrıldı.Birinci gruba 2,5 mg droperidol, ikinci gruba 10 mg metoclopramid, 3.gruba 2,5 mg tropisetron ve 4. gruba 4 mg ondansetron induksiyondan 5 dk. sonra verildi.5. gruba antiemetik tedavi uygulanmadı ve kontrol grubu olarak deerlendirildi.Olgular anestezi sonrası postoperatif emezis acısından 24 saat gozlendi. Calışmaya alınan 100 olguda extrapiramidal yan etki gozlenmedi.Operasyon oncesi ve sonrasında laboratuar bulgularında anlamlı fark gozlenmedi p>0.05. Operasyondan sonraki 24 saat icinde emezis I. Grupda 4 (% 20), II. Grupda 8 (%40), III. Grupta 5 (%25), IV. Grupta 3 (%15) ve V. Grupta 12 (%60) olguda ciddi emezis (SES 3) tesbit edildi. I, III ve IV. gruplarda ciddi emezis oranı kontrol grubundan anlamlı derecede az bulundu.p
Abstract
Comparison of the effectiveness of droperidol, metoclopramide, tropisetrone and ondansetrone in prophylaxis of postoperative nausea and vomiting. In this study the effects of droperidol, metoclopramide, tropisetrone and ondansetrone in prophylaxis of postoperative emesis following gynecologic surgery are investigated. A total of one hundred patients with ASA physical status I and II are randomly divided into five groups. Group I received 2.5 mg droperidol, group II received 10 mg metoclopramide, group III received 2.5 mg tropisetrone, and group IV received 4 mg ondansetrone 5 minutes after the induction of anesthesia. Control group V did not received any antiemetic medications. Postoperatively all cases were followed up for emesis for 24 hours. Extrapyramidal side effects were not observed in any of the patients. No significant difference was found in the laboratory values of each group between preoperative and postoperative period (p>0.05). Within the first postoperative 24 hours severe emesis was observed in 4 cases (20%) in group I, 8 cases (40%) in group II, 5 cases (25%) in group III, 3 cases (15%) in group IV and 12 cases (60%) in group V. The difference was significant in groups I, III and IV compared to the control group V (p
