Özet
Nöroretinit tek veya çift taraflı görme kaybıile birlikte optik disk ödemi saptanan vebir iki hafta içersinde maküler star eklenenbir optik nöropati tablosudur. Olgumuz 25yaşında bayan hasta, sol gözde başlayıp 3günde sağa da geçen görme kaybı ve papilödemi idi. İkinci haftada maküler star görüldüve olayın ağır seyretmesinden ötürü pulsesteroid başlandı. Bir ayda hasta düzelmeyebaşladı. İyi prognozlu olan Leberin idiopatikstellat nöroretinitini bir kere daha hatırlatmakamacıyla sunmayı uygun bulduk.
Abstract
Neuroretinitis is a form of optic neuropathycharacterised by acute unilateral or bilateralevisual loss and macular star added one ortwo weeks . Our case was a woman aged25 years old, visual loss and disk edemabeginning at left eye, continueing withright eye in 3 days. Macular star was seenat the second week and because of badclinical findings, pulse steroid was begun.The patient was better at one month. Thepurpose of this report was to rememberLeber s idiopathic stellate neuroretinitis onemore, a case with good prognosis.
