Özet
Odontojenik keratokiste histolojik benzerliği, fakat izlediği klinik davranışın farklılığı ortokeratinize odontojenik kistin sınıflandırılmasında araştırmacıları farklı görüşlere itmiştir. Olgu raporumuzda, sağ mandibular corpus bölgesinde gelişen bir ortokeratinize odontojenik kist klinik, cerrahi ve histopatolojik olarak sunularak tartışılmış ve keratokistten farklılıkları sergilenerek post-op erken dönem iyileşmesine yer verilmiştir.
Abstract
Orthokeratinized odontogenic cyst has similar histological findings with odontogenic keratocyts but clinical behavior is different. Therefore it is hard for the investigators to classify it. in our case report, an orthokeratinized odontogenic keratocyst which arise at the right mandibular corpus is presented and discussed clinically, surgically and histopathologically showing the difference with odontogenic kera-tocyst and presenting the early postoperative healing.
