Özet
13 yaşındaki kız hastada maksiller ön bölgede bir tanesi sağ santral dişle füzyonlu iki adet süpernümere dişin neden olduğu şiddetli çapraşıklık görüldü. Füzyonlu dişin çekimi sonrasında sol tarafta bulunan diğer süpernümere diş, sabit ortodontik apareylerle orta hatta palatal sutur üzerinde sağa doğru hareket ettirildi. Ortodontik tedavi sonrasında optimal estetiği sağlamak için maksiller ön dişlere restoratif ve periodontal cerrahi işlemler uygulandı
Abstract
13 year old girl had severe maxillary anterior crowding due to two supernumerary teeth which one is fused with the right central incisor. After extraction of the fused tooth, left supernumerary incisor was moved to the right side through the midpalatal suture area. Following orthodontic treatment, restorative and periodontal surgical procedures were performed for optimizing the esthetics of maxillary anterior teeth.
