Özet

Gebelik esnasında geçirilen bazı enfeksiyonlar abortusa, erken doğuma veyakonjenital anomalilere neden olmaktadır. Akronim olarak TORCH şeklinde anılanbu enfeksiyonlar toksoplazma, rubella, sitomegalovirüs, herpes simpleks virüsve diğerlerinden, sifilis, tüberküloz, listeria, kandida, parvovirus B19, varisella,HIV, hepatit B, koksiella burnetti oluşmaktadır. Biz burada bu enfeksiyonlardanbiri olan tokoplazmozisi yenidoğanda hidrosefalinin nadir sebebi olarak sunduk.(Gün cel Pe di at ri 2014;2:112-5)

Abstract

A few infections called with an acronym as TORCH may cause abortion,premature birth or congenital anomalies if acquired during the pregnancy. ORCH,as an acronym, stands for toxoplasmosis, other (syphilis, tuberculosis, listeria,candidiasis, parvovirus B19, varicella, HIV, hepatitis B, coxiella burnetii),rubellavirus, cytomegalovirus (CMV), and herpes simplex virus (HSV). Here,we present toxoplasma infection as a rare reason of neonatal hydrocephalus.(The Jo ur nal of Cur rent Pe di at rics 2014;2:112-5)
