MUHASEBE BÖLÜMÜ ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN İLETİŞİM SORUNLARI ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Özet

Bu çalışmada, üniversitede örgün öğrenim gören ön lisans öğrencilerinin sosyo- ekonomik özellikleri (yaş, cinsiyet, öğrenim süreleri, ailelerinin gelir düzeyi, ailelerinin eğitimi) ile diğer öğrenciler, okul yönetimi ve öğretim üyeleri arasında yaşanan iletişim sorunlarının ilişkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, Pamukkale Üniversitesi Honaz Meslek Yüksekokulu Muhasebe Bölümü'nde öğrenim gören 300 öğrenci üzerinde anket tekniği ile veri toplanmıştır. Çalışmada, anket tekniği kullanılarak elde edilen verilerin analizi istatistik programı yardımıyla analiz edilmiştir. Muhasebe Bölümü öğrencilerinin yaşı, cinsiyeti, öğrenim sürelerinin diğer öğrenciler ile yaşanan çatışmalara neden olma açısından anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmaz iken, okul yönetimi ve öğretim üyeleri ile iletişimlerinde yaşanan çatışmalar arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmaktadır

Abstract

In this study at the university campus studying undergraduate students 'socio-economic characteristics (age, gender, duration of education, family income level, parents' education) and the other students, school administration and faculty of the communication problems of the relationship was to determine. For this purpose, Pamukkale University Honaz Vocational College Accounting Department's over 300 students studying in the data was collected by questionnaire technique. In this study, using survey techniques to the analysis of the data obtained were analyzed using statistical software.
