Özet

İşe yabancılaşma, çalışanın ürettiği şeylerle kendini bütünleştirememesidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Ankara'nın metropolitan bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren bir üniversite hastanesi, bir kamu hastanesi ve bir özel hastanede çalışanların işe yabancılaşma düzeylerini belirleyerek bulunan sonuçları hastane türlerine ve mesleki duruma göre karşılaştırmaktır. Araştırmanın evrenini; bu üç hastaneden seçilmiş olan, 01.12.2015- 17.03.2016 veri toplama zamanında çalışmakta olan hekim, hemşire, diğer sağlık personeli ve idari personel oluşturmaktadır. Evrenin bilinen örneklem yöntemi ile 493 kişiye ulaşılarak, bu sayı hastanelere göre tabakalandırılmıştır. Bu amaçla, veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılan ankette iki bölüm bulunmaktadır. İlk kısımda demografik sorular bulunurken, diğer kısımda "İşe Yabancılaşma Ölçeği" yer almaktadır. Toplanan verilerin analizinde, hastanelere göre işe yabancılaşma düzeyleri arasında farklılık bulunup bulunmadığı saptamak için ANOVA testi uygulanmıştır. Daha sonra, bulunan farklılıkların hangi gruplar arasında gerçekleştiğini öğrenmek için LSD testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre, özel hastanedeki sağlık çalışanlarının işe yabancılaşma düzeyleri en düşük bulunurken, üniversite ve kamu hastanesindeki sağlık çalışanlarının işe yabancılaşma düzeyleri orta çıkmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra meslek gruplarına göre yabancılaşma düzeyleri karşılaştırıldığında kamu hastanesinde hekimlerin işe yabancılaşma düzeyleri oldukça düşük bulunmuştur. Üniversite hastanesi ve özel hastane işin genel işe yabancılaşma ortalamaları arasında ise anlamlı farklılık bulunmamıştır

Abstract

Work alienation means that employeee can not integrate him/herself with what the employee produces. The aim of this study is to compare the results found by determining the alienation levels of employees working in a university hospital, a public hospital and a private hospital, operating in the metropolitan area of Ankara, based on the type of hospital and occupational status. The universe of the research; the physician, nurse, other health professional and administrative personnel who are working at the time of data collection, which are selected from these three hospitals and are in the data collection time of 01.12.2015 - 17.03.2016. The population of the universe has been reached to 493 by the known sampling method and this number has been stratified according to the hospitals. For this purpose, the questionnaire used as a data collection tool has two sections. In the first part demographic questions are found, while in the other part "Work Alienation Scale" is included. In the analysis of the collected data, the ANOVA test was applied to determine whether there was any difference between the levels of withdrawal according to the hospitals. Then, the LSD test was applied to find out which groups the differences were found. According to the results of the research, the alienation levels of the health professionals in the private hospital are lowest while the alienation levels of the health professionals in the university and public hospitals are moderate. Moreover, when the levels of work alienation are compared according to occupational groups, the levels of work alienation of physicians in public hospital are found to be very low. There was no significant difference between the work alienation averages of university and private hospital
