Pnömoniyi taklit eden bronşiyolitis obliterans organize pnömoni

Abstract

Bronchiolitis obliterans-organizing pneumonia (BOOP) is a clinicopathological syndrome, consisting of respiratory and systemic symptoms, patchy consolidation on chest radiography and computed tomography, restrictive defect on pulmonary function testing, and the presence of buds of granulation tissue within the distal airways and alveolar spaces.In this report a patient with BOOP resembling pneumonia is presented.
