İzole dil tremoru

Özet

Dil tremoru esansiyel tremoru olan hastalarda görülebildiğigibi izole olduğunda beyin sapı tümörleri, Wilson Hastalığı,hipertiroidizm ve multipl skleroz gibi hastalıklara veya ilaçkullanımına bağlı olarak da ortaya çıkabilir. Ayırıcı tanıdadilde görülen diğer hareket bozuklukları (fasikülasyon, miyokimi,diskinezi) düşünülerek hastalar ayrıntılı olarak araştırılmaktadır.Tedavide propranolol, primidon ve klonazepam tercihedilmekte olup, çoğu zaman yüksek dozlarda etkinlik sağ-lanabilmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda dilinde titreme, yeme vekonuşma güçlüğü çeken ve yakınmaları düşük doz propranololledüzelen izole dil tremoru tanısı koyduğumuz bir hastayısunmaktayız.

Abstract

Tongue tremor can be seen in patients with essential tremor,but when it is isolated, it can be due to tumors of the brainstem, Wilson's disease, multiple sclerosis, hyperthyroidism orside effect of a drug. Other movement disorders of the tonguediseases (fasciculation, myokimia, dyskinesia) should be consideredin the differential diagnosis and the patients should beinvestigated in detail. Propranolol, primidone, and clonazepamare preferred in therapy and most of the time response totherapy can only be achieved at higher doses. In this case, weare presenting a patient diagnosed as isolated tongue tremor,who had complaints of tongue tremor, eating and speech difficultieswhose complaints resolved with low-dose propranolol.
