Özet

Bu araştırmada, ilköğretim birinci kademe 4. ve 5. sınıflarda uzunluk, alan ve hacim ölçüleri konularının öğretimi değerlendirilmiştir. Veri toplamak için hazırlanan başarı testi, sosyo-ekonomik düzeyleri farklı olan dört ilköğretim okulu öğrencilerine uygulanmış verilerin analizinde frekans ve yüzde kullanılmıştır. Sonuçta, sosyo-ekonomik düzeyi yüksek olan okullarda uzunluk, alan ve hacim ölçüleri konularının öğretiminin diğerlerine göre daha iyi olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca öğretmenin mesleki tecrübesinin ve mezun olduğu okulun, öğrencilerin öğrenmesi üzerinde etkili olduğu gözlenmiştir.

Abstract

In this investigation, we have evaluated of instruction of subject of the length, area and volume measurements in 4' and 5' class in first grade of primary school. The achievement tests prepared to collect data have been applied to four primary school having different socioeconomic status. Frequency and percent have been used to analyses data. As a result, we have determined that the instruction of these subjects is better in the schools whose socioeconomic statuses are good than the instruction in the others. In addition, it is observed that the /acuities from which the teacher graduate and teaching experience have an effect on students ' learning.
