Özet
Son üç yılda 6 vaginal atrezili hastada yeni vagina oluşturmak amacıyla nörovasküler pudental uyluk flebi kullanıldı. Elde edilen sonuçlar diğer onarım yöntemlerine göre daha tatminkar bulundu. Vagi-nanın duyusal olması, darlık yaratmaması, stent kullanılmaması gibi avantajlarının yanı sıra intrava-ginal kıllarıma, yöntemin tek dezavantajı olarak görüldü.
Abstract
During the last three years neurovascular pudendal thigh flaps have been utilized in order to construct neovagina in six patients with vaginal athresia. It was deduced that the result of this method was certainly more satisfactory when compared with those of other methods. In addition to the advantages including; the sensation- of neovagina, not necessitating a stent and not producing stricture; the hair growth in the vagina was the only disadvantage of this method.
