Özet
Tehlikeli maddelerin taşınması faaliyeti için öngörülmüş ayrı bir sözleşme tipi olmadığı için tehlikeli maddeler de taşıma sözleşmesi kapsamında taşınmaktadır. Tehlikeli maddelerin taşınması faaliyetini diğer yüklerin taşınması faaliyetinden ayıran en önemli husus ise bu taşıma faaliyetinde sözleşme taraflarının yükümlülüklerinin ağırlaşıyor olmasıdır.
Abstract
Since there is no separate contract for the transportation of hazardous goods, hazardous goods are also transported under the contract of carriage. The most important issue that distinguishes the transportation of hazardous goods from the transportation of other goods is that the obligations of the contracting parties are getting harder in this type of transportation activity.
