Özet

Son yıllarda dünya ekonomisinde önemli bir yere sahip olan Çin’in bu başarısında yenilikçi bilgi gücünün önemi yadsınamaz. Bu gücün oluşturulmasında şüphesiz en önemli katkı yükseköğretimden kaynaklanır. Bu çalışmada hızlı ve istikrarlı bir şekilde gelişen Çin’in yükseköğretim yönetim yapısı ile Türkiye yükseköğretim sisteminin karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çin ve Türk yükseköğretimleri hakkında belirlenen anahtar kavram- lar yardımıyla konunun farklı veri tabanlarında taraması ile elde edilen belgeler içerik analizine tabi tutulmuş ve değerlendirilmiştir. Öncelikle Çin eğitim sisteminden ve yükseköğretim yönetim sisteminden bahsedilmiş, son olarak da Türk Yükseköğretim yönetimi ile karşılaştırması yapılmıştır.

Abstract

The importance of innovative information power can not be ignored in this success of China which has an important place in the World economy in recent years. The most important contribution in creating this power causes from higher education. In this study a comparison was made between the structure higher education system in Turkey and China which develops fast and stable. As a qualitative research method was used in the study. By searching different databases with the help of key concepts about Chinese and Turkish higher education system, the documents that obtained were subjected to content analysis and evaluated. First China general education system and higher education system were mentioned and finally the comparison between Turkish and Chinese higher education system was made.
