Özet
Osmanlı yargı sisteminin en önemli temsilcisi olan kadı tarafından verilen bütün kararlar ve muhtelifdönemlerdeki resmi kayıtları içeren belgelerin suretleri “Şerʽiyye Sicili” denilen defterlere kaydedilirdi.Şerʽiyye sicilleri, Osmanlı Devleti’nin siyasi, askeri, iktisadi, sosyal ve kültürel yapısının ortaya konulmasındabirinci elden kaynaklar arasında yer almaktadır.
Abstract
All the decisions taken by the kadi who is the most important representative of the Ottoman judicial system and the copies of the documents containing official records in various periods were recorded in the books called “Şerʽiyye Sicili”. These books are among first hand sources for revealing the political, military, economic, social and cultural structure of the Ottoman Empire. In this paper, the Harput “Şerʽiyye Sicili” dated AD 1679-1683 (AH 1089-1092) was introduced and the index was given of the documents it contained.
