Özet
Medüller mide kanseri nadir görülen bir mide kanseri tipidir. Endoskopik biyopsilerde az diferansiyeadenokarsinom ve lenfomadan ayırıcı tanısı zordur. Adenokanserlere göre prognozu daha iyiseyreder. Bu çalışmada nadir görülen bir mide kanseri tipi olması, endoskopik olarak mukozallezyonun izlenmemesi nedeniyle mide stromal tümör (GIST) öntanısıyla opere edilen medüllermide kanseri olgusu sunuldu.
Abstract
Medullary gastric cancer is a rare type of gastric cancer. Differential diagnosis from low-grade adenocarcinoma and lymphoma is difficult in the endoscopic biopsies. The prognosis of medullary gastric cancer is better than gastric adenocancer. Here in we report a case with gastric medullary carcinoma mimicking gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST).
