Bir broiler civcivde nefroblastoma

Özet

Bölgemizde ilk defa, spontan :,0Jarak, 25-günlük, Broiler ırkı, bir erkek civcivde nefroblastoma (embriyonal nefrbma) tespit edildi. Makroskobik olarak, tümör dokusu, sublumbar bölgede, sağ böbreğin tüm loplarını kaplayacak şekilde yerleşmiş, gri beyaz, pembemsi renkte, kapsüllü, et kıvamında, soliter bir kitie idi. Kesit yüzü lobüllü, miksomatöz yapıda ve açık kahvemsi renkte olup, hemorajik ve nekrotik odaklar ile bezenmişti. Sol böbrek loplarında ve ekstrarenal dokularda tümör metastazlarına rastlanmadı. Mikroskobik olarak, tümör dokusu, değişen derecelerde diferensiyasyonlar gösteren, daha yaygın bir biçimde mezenşimal ve daha az olarak epiteliyal komponentlerden oluşmuştu.

Abstract

This is the first report of spontaneous nephroblastoma (embryonal nephroma), which was observed in a 25-day-old Broiler male chick in our region. Macroscopically tumor tissue located in the sublumbar region and occupied the whole lobes of the right kidney was grayish white, pinkish colored, encapsulated, at meat consistency, and a solitary mass. The cut surface was lobulated, myxomatous in structure, light brown colored and covered with foci of hemorrhage and necrosis. No metastases were observed in the lobes of the left kidney and extrarenal tissues. Microscopically, tumor tissue was composed of rather widespread mesenchymal and less spread epithelial components in varying degrees of differentiation.
